  • 4 slices Dill Bread (you Can Use Any Bread Dark Or Rye)
  • 13 pounds Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
  • 1 bunch Clean And Stemmed Spinach

    Combine the first five ingredients.

    Add enough cream so that cheese will spread easily.

    Place bread slices between pieces of waxed paper and roll until thin.
