Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 medium can peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 1/2 c. (more or less) hot water
Directions

1Brown hamburger in a 10-inch skillet.

2Pour off grease and rinse with water.

3Return skillet to burner.

4Add remaining ingredients, including liquid from peas.

5Add enough water to 1-inch from top of skillet.

6Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until noodles are done.

7Serve hot with salad, bread and butter for a balanced meal.
