- 3/4 lb. mostaccioli
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lb. Italian sausage, fried and crumbled
- 2 c. hot tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook mostaccioli according to directions.

2Beat Ricotta cheese with milk until smooth. Drain pasta and return to pot.

4Add Parmesan, sausage and tomato sauce.
