  • 1 can (about 16 oz.) small whole white potatoes
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

    Drain potatoes, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; slice.

    In skillet, combine potatoes and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients. Heat; gently stir occasionally.
