Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 ground black pepper
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth or bouillon
- 1 (7 oz.) box Creamettes elbow macaroni (2 c. uncooked)
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
Directions

1In large skillet brown meat and drain.

2Stir in seasoning, Veg-All vegetables, bouillon and macaroni.

3Bring mix to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring 2 times during cooking time.

4Stir in sour cream and 1/2 of the French fried onions.

5Heat through, do not boil.

6Top with remaining French fried onions.

7Makes 6 to 8 servings.
