- 1 box Betty Crocker carrot cake mix
- 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray of your choice (I use canola).

2Mix all ingredients well and pour into Bundt pan.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
