  • 1 1/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Spray Bundt pan with cooking spray of your choice (I use canola).

    Mix all ingredients well and pour into Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
