- 200 g self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs

1cream butter and sugar.

2add rest of ingrediants.

3if you want a chocolate sponge flavour now - 2-3Tablespoons cocoa mixed with a little hot water.

4pour into 2 well greased round tins.

5bake 350f 25 mins.

6when the sponges have cooled fill with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and berries, put sponges together and pour over chocolate sauce.
