- 4 medium green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 c. dried onions
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 cans tomato soup
Directions

1Clean out peppers; wash and set aside.

2Mix, in bowl, ground beef, rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato soup.

3Roll into balls and stuff into peppers.

4Pour remaining soup with added water to soup over peppers.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
