Quick "Stuffed" Shells

- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 box large shells
- 2 large jars spaghetti sauce (your choice)
- 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Mix ground beef as you would for meat loaf.

2Saute in a little oil in a heavy skillet; pour off fat.

3Combine sauce with ground beef; simmer until thickened.

4Boil shells as directed on package (add a little oil to prevent sticking); drain.

5Spread a layer of beef on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Add a layer of shells. Continue; end with beef mixture.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake at 350° until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
