- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 c. instant rice
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and pepper.

2Add seasoning.

3Drain excess fat and add tomatoes, mushroom soup, tomato paste and instant rice.

4Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is done.
