- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/3 c. fine dry zwieback, bread or vanilla cookie crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, whipped topping and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.

2Spoon mixture into 6 fluted paper baking cups.

3Place cups in cupcake pan cups.

4Combine crumbs, sugar and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract; mix well.

5Spoon crumbs on top of tortoni mixture.

6Freeze until firm.
