Quick Tuna Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked fine noodles
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 2 cans chunk style tuna

Directions

    Cook noodles about 5 minutes.

    Cook celery in oil until golden.

    Add peas, salt, pepper and tuna, drained.

    Mix.

    Arrange noodles (drained) around edge of skillet; put tuna mixture in center and pour tomato sauce over tuna mix.

    Bring to a boil and cover.

    Simmer 10 minutes.
