- 14 cup shortening (Crisco or Crisco oil)
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 12 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups turkey, cooked, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, cooked, diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, snipped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 23 cup milk, evaporated
Directions

1Heat Crisco shortening in a large saucepan on medium heat.

2Add mushrooms and onion.

3Saute about 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in turkey, potatoes, parsely, salt and pepper.

6Add evaporated milk gredually, stirring gently.

7Heat mixture thoroughly (about 5 minutes).
