  • 1/2 zucchini; small dice
  • 1/2 yellow squash; small dice
  • 1/2 any color bell pepper; medium dice
  • 1 red onion; medium dice
  • 3 serrano pepper; medium dice
  • 8 stalks asparagus; trimmed and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
