  • 6 to 10 slices bacon
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 2 c. cauliflower, cooked and drained
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt, pepper, sugar and thyme to taste

Directions

    Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.

    Remove bacon, drain and crumble.

    Add onion to 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

    Cook slowly until light brown.

    Add seasoning, peas and cauliflower.

    Heat through, but do not boil.

    Garnish with bacon.
