- 6 to 10 slices bacon
- 1 can English peas, drained
- 2 c. cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- salt, pepper, sugar and thyme to taste
Directions

1Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.

2Remove bacon, drain and crumble.

3Add onion to 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.

4Cook slowly until light brown.

5Add seasoning, peas and cauliflower.

6Heat through, but do not boil.

7Garnish with bacon.
