- 1 can sliced carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can green beans
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 3 c. cut up, cooked beef
Directions

1Drain vegetables.

2Reserve liquid.

3Combine flour and soup mix in large skillet.

4Add water to reserved liquid to measure 3 cups. Stir into mixture in skillet.

5Heat to boiling.

6Stir constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

7Add vegetables and beef.

8Cover.
-
9Cook over low heat about 10 minutes.

10Yields 4 servings, about 1 1/2 cups each.
