- 1 pt. chili sauce
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 5 c. water
- 4 tsp. salt
- 3 large onions
- 12 bay leaves
- 18 whole cloves
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Place meat in large kettle with all ingredients.

2Simmer 2 or 3 hours until meat is tender.

3Remove meat.

4Strain gravy into large bowl.

5Replace in kettle and thicken with flour and water mixture.

6Slice meat and combine with thickened gravy.

7Serve over noodles.
