Quickie Shells with Cheese

  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 packages (16 Oz. Package) Shell Pasta, Cooked

Directions

    Combine butter and flour (season to taste with salt and pepper) and brown slightly in a pan.

    Add broth and milk, stir until mixed together and warm.
  3. 3
    Add cheese and melt.
  4. 4
    Pour over pasta and put into a pyrex pan.
  5. 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

    (I topped mine with a little shredded cheese to make it pretty.)
