Quickie Shells with Cheese

- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 packages (16 Oz. Package) Shell Pasta, Cooked
Directions

1Combine butter and flour (season to taste with salt and pepper) and brown slightly in a pan.

2Add broth and milk, stir until mixed together and warm.

3Add cheese and melt.

4Pour over pasta and put into a pyrex pan.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

6(I topped mine with a little shredded cheese to make it pretty.)
