  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • bell peppers, chopped
  • broccoli
  • 1/3 C lemon juice
  • 1/4 C EVOO
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
