- 2 c. chicken broth
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 c. chives, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated finely
- 3/4 c. cheddar, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
