- 1- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cups Dry Quinoa, Rinsed And Slightly Dry
- 13 cups Chopped Almonds
- 13 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cups Applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 13 cups Dried Cranberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine oats, quinoa, almonds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds.

3Set aside.

4Stir together applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey.

5Taste and add more honey or cinnamon as needed.

6Pour over oat mixture and stir to moisten all of the ingredients.

7Spread the mixture onto a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

8Bake for 40 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until granola is golden and crunchy.

9Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit.

10Let cool before serving.
