- 100 g quinoa
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 12 sweet onion
- 60 g carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons soy flour
- 14 teaspoon garam masala
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions

1Cook quinoa in stock or water, about 15-20 minute Allow to cool.

2Saute the onion, carrot, and celery until onions are clear.

3Combine all the ingredients and spices and allow flavors to mingle 15 min or more prior to serving.

4Can be served hot or cold and can be made ahead.
