  • 12 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 14 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 cup corn kernel (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 12 tablespoons chopped cilantro or 1 12 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
