  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 pepper
  • 2T olive oil and lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomatoe, chopped
  • 1 cup English cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumpled feta cheese

Directions

    Cook quinao according to package directions, transfer to a bowl to cool.
