- 1 rabbit, cut up
- flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. water
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- cayenne to taste
Directions

1Wash and dry rabbit.

2Roll in flour.

3In large skillet, melt butter.

4Brown rabbit.

5Add onion and garlic.

6Cook until onion is clear.

7Add rest of ingredients.

8Cover and simmer until rabbit is very tender.

9Thicken gravy with cornstarch.

10Serve with hot biscuits.
