- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 rabbits, quartered
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small size (10 x 16-inch) Brown-in-Bag.

3Add rabbit pieces and shake gently to coat.

4Spread out rabbit quarters in bottom of bag.

5Add onion, celery and butter.

6Combine wine and Kitchen Bouquet; add to bag.

7Secure bag with twist-tie and make several 1/2-inch slits in bag.

8Cook 1 hour or until tender.

9Spoon the sauce over the rabbit in serving dish.
