- 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg

1Cover potatoes with salted water and boil until tender, about 20 minutes.

2Drain in a colander set over a bowl, reserving cooking liquid, and return potatoes to pot.

3Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 cups cooking liquid and sour cream.
