  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 300 ml mushroom pieces, chopped
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 12 cups chicken stock
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in a pan with the tbs of olive oil.

    add chicken stock to saluted onions, garlic and, mushrooms and reduce by half.

    add cooked rice, mix, and serve hot.
