- 1 rabbit, cut up
- water
- onion
- butter
- milk
Directions

1First cook the rabbit in salt water to which a small onion, cut up is added.

2When it is cooked enough so that it won't fall from bones (save broth), fry it in butter or margarine.

3Remove meat from the bones.

4Put back into broth.

5Bring to a boil.

6Add a lump of butter and enough milk so it doesn't look cloudy.

7Serve heated through.
