  • 4 rib eye steaks or shell steaks, about 1-1/2 lbs.
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic finely
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups green beans fresh or frozen,thawed cut
  • 1 jar Ragu(R) Robusto!(R) Pasta Sauce 1 lb. 8 oz.

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Arrange steaks in 13 x 9-inch baking pan; sprinkle with garlic and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add green beans and Pasta Sauce. Bake 20 minutes or until desired doneness. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta.
