  • 1/2 gallons Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 box (4-serving Size Box) Grape Jello
  • 1 box (4-serving Size Box) Berry Blue Jello
  • 1 box (4-serving Size Box) Strawberry Jello
  • 1 box (4-serving Size Box) Lemon Jello
  • 1 box (4-serving Size Box) Lime Jello

Directions

    1. Remove ice cream from the freezer and soften for 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons grape Jello in a plastic container.

    2. Divide ice cream into 5 equal parts. Spread ice cream over Jello (it's okay if the ice cream is lumpy, I used a spoon that I ran under hot water to help spread it).

    3. Repeat with all Jello and ice cream.

    4. Cover with a lid and re-freeze.
