Directions

    Preparing each color separately, pour Jell-O into a bowl and add one cup of boiling water; stir until Jell-O is dissolved, then add 1 1/2 cups of cold water.

    Stir for a few minutes, until Jell-O is cooled, then pour in 1/2 cup heavy cream.
