- 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
- 3 c. color miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Melt chocolate chips over low heat.

2Cool 5 minutes.

3Blend in egg and powdered sugar.

4Stir in marshmallows and nuts until coated.

5On waxed paper, shape coconut in a 16 x 8-inch rectangle. Roll log in coconut, coating completely.

6Chill several hours (for best results, chill overnight).

7Cut into 1/4-inch slices.

8Makes 5 dozen.
