  • RED LAYER
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen and unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ORANGE LAYER
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced and frozen
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • YELLOW LAYER
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice (1 whole mini can)
  • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 -6 ice cubes
  • GREEN LAYER
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach, raw
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • water
  • BLUE LAYER
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 large banana

Directions

    Makes 10 rainbow smoothies.

    You will need to blend each layer separately, so simply rinse out your blender between each smoothie.

    For each smoothie layer, combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour a small, even layer into all 10 glasses. Rinse blender, make next layer and pour a small, equal layer on top of the previous color. Repeat until finished with the blue layer on top and serve with fun straws!
