Rainy Day S'Mores

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 c. graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 c. mini marshmallows to sprinkle on top

Directions

    Place butter, evaporated milk, marshmallows, and morsels in the top of a double boiler.

    Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all ingredients are melted. When mixture is smooth, stir in the vanilla extract.

    Place the small pieces of broken graham crackers in a large bowl.

    Stir in marshmallow mixture until each piece of cracker is well coated.

    Put mixture in a 13x9 inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle the top with remaining marshmallows.

    Allow s'mores to set for about 30 minutes before cutting.

    Use a warm knife for easier cutting.
