  • 1/2 refrigerator roll dough mix
  • vegetable oil

Directions

    Roll dough to 3/8-inch thick on well-floured surface.

    Cut with floured doughnut cutter.

    Cover about 1 hour on floured surface so they can rise.

    Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in a deep fryer to 375°. Slide doughnuts into oil with a wide spatula.

    Turn doughnuts as they rise to the surface.

    Fry until golden brown.

    Remove from oil.

    Do not prick doughnuts.

    Drain on paper towel.
