- 1/2 refrigerator roll dough mix
- vegetable oil
Directions

1Roll dough to 3/8-inch thick on well-floured surface.

2Cut with floured doughnut cutter.

3Cover about 1 hour on floured surface so they can rise.

4Heat oil (2 to 3 inches) in a deep fryer to 375°. Slide doughnuts into oil with a wide spatula.

5Turn doughnuts as they rise to the surface.

6Fry until golden brown.

7Remove from oil.

8Do not prick doughnuts.

9Drain on paper towel.
