  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1.5 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water
  • rice

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    In a large bowl add egg, beat.

    Add milk, bread and onion.

    Stir and let soak for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes add salt, pepper, baking powder and ground beef.

    Mix well with hands.

    Roll into balls or use a scoop and brown in a frying pan until browned on both sides (about 2-4 minutes per side.

    They do not need to be cooked through just browned).

    Place into a 9x9 baking dish.

    Mix soups and water and pour over meatballs.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour.

    Serve over rice.
