- 1 package dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil (canola)
- 6 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Stir in 1 3/4 cup warm water, sugar, salt, oil and 3 1/2 cups flour.

3Beat until smooth. Mix in raisins and remaining flour to make dough easy to handle, then knead till smooth.

4Place in greased bowl and let rise until double.

5Then put layers of dough, cinnamon and sugar in bread pans. (about 8x3) Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

6Makes 4 loaves.
