  • 2 (15 oz.) boxes Muscat raisins (5 c.)
  • 3 sticks margarine (1 1/2 c.)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Heat butter.

    Add eggs, sugar and half of flour; mix well. Add vanilla.

    In separate bowl, mix remaining flour and raisins. Add mixture to batter.

    Bake at 275° until done.
