- 2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. Milnot
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- dash of salt
- 1 (10-inch) baked pie crust
Directions

1Soak raisins in hot water 20 minutes and drain well; set aside.

2Combine flour, sugar, salt and egg whites in medium saucepan.

3Mix well.

4Gradually add milk and water.

5Cook on medium-high heat, stirring constantly until thick.

6Add margarine, vanilla and raisins.

7Cool and pour into a baked pie crust.

8Cover with meringue or Cool Whip if desired.
