  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. coarse chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Stir in raisins, pecans and vanilla.

    Pour into pastry shell, bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Yields one 9-inch pie.
