  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Cook raisins in water until tender.

    Mix flour, sugar and butter; add to raisins.

    Add grated lemon rind and juice of 1 lemon.

    Pour into uncooked pie crust.
