  • 2 c. dark seedless raisins, washed and boiled until tender
  • 4 egg yolks, beaten
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 scant c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Milnot
  • 2 big heaping Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all except raisins, margarine and vanilla. Cook and stir the pudding mixture until thickened. Add raisins, margarine and vanilla. Stir in.

    Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch crust glass pie pans.

    Top with crust strips.

    Bake at 450° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
