  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. butter

    Cook raisins about 5 minutes; drain.

    Add flour to sugar, then to raisins.

    Put in butter.

    Stir in egg yolks one at a time.

    Add pecans and cook until thick.

    Put into an unbaked double crust pie shell.
