  • 2 c. raisins
  • 2 1/4 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Cook until boiling raisins and water.

    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add sugar, flour, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and margarine.

    Then add 3 more tablespoons lemon juice.

    Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
