  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Cook raisins and water until tender (about 10 minutes). Add 1 teaspoon vinegar. Blend together sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to the mixture. Cook until thick. Pour in a unbaked pie shell. Cover top with crust and bake at 350° until brown.
