  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

    Beat on low speed all ingredients, until very fluffy.

    Stir in raisins and stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Pour into 9-inch pie shell. Cook at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
