- 2 lb. round steak, cut 1/4-inch thick
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 4 strips bacon, cut in halves
- 1 large dill pickle, cut in 8 lengthwise strips
- 1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. beef flavor gravy base
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. hot water
- cooking oil
- seasoned flour
Directions

1Cut meat in 8 rectangular pieces.

2Spread mustard on meat. Sprinkle with onion.

3Top with half strips of bacon and with pickle strips.

4Roll up like jelly roll, tucking in edges. Tie with cord or skewer securely.

5Coat rolls with seasoned flour and brown slowly on all sides in hot oil.
