- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Gradually stir in water.

2Add raisins, lemon peel, lemon juice and vinegar.

3Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

4Cook and stir a couple of minutes more.

5Serve with ham, pork or poultry.
