- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine raisins and water in saucepan.

2Bring to boil.

3Reduce heat.

4Simmer until raisins are tender.

5Mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir into raisin mixture.

6Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.

7Remove from heat.

8Add butter and lemon juice.

9Serve over ham, lamb or pork.
